It’s hard to find an easy GF pie crust. I searched the internet and decided to come up with my own recipe. I found out that I like Lucy’s cookies for my pie crusts.
GF Cookie Pie Crust
Crushed Lucy’s Cookies 1 1/2 cups
Butter 1/4 cup
1. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees. Crush Lucy’s cookie into crumbs and melt butter into the cookie crumbs into a small bowl and mix well.
2. Spread the cookies flat into the pie pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
