We enjoy Chianti Grill in Roseville (they also have a Burnsville location), usually with my in-laws. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere always pleasant. There is a great Sunday brunch spread, but it doesn’t have too many GF items on it. Last time all my fellow diners got the brunch buffet and I ordered off the menu; while my dish was excellent, I had to wait a while and they were pretty much done eating! Next time I may just eat what’s safe on the buffet like the omelets and fruit – we’d be a little more in sync with our breakfast.
Chianti will do any of their pastas GF and they have a nice selection on their GF menu. I have also had them sub the pasta on items from the regular menu and it worked out fine. Last time I had the GF Spaghetti “Straw and Hay,” spaghetti in a parmesan sauce with ham and peas. Delicious, with plenty left over for lunch at work the next day.
